About the Grant
The Adelaide Hills ‘Independent Living Grant’ is made possible through the generous donation of the Hills Disability Housing Inc. The Grant will provide funding for successful applicants to support them to live independent lives.
Four $1,000 grants will be awarded each calendar year (a total of $4,000 per annum).
Grants must be utilised to fund equipment that supports independent living and community inclusion.
Eligible Applicants
All current Community Living Australia clients who reside in the Adelaide Hills, Mt Barker and Alexandrina local council areas are eligible to apply for the grant.
Grant Funding Timeframes
Grants can be applied for year-round, with no opening or closing dates. Grants will be assessed as they are received.
What cannot be funded?
- Fundraising purposes.
- Reimbursement of money already spent.
- Projects that have already occurred or will occur before being advised of the outcome of the application.
