At Community Living Australia we are committed to recognising the many wonderful achievements of our clients and staff and those in our communities.
To help us do this better we are launching a rewards and recognition program designed to recognise achievement, celebrate our clients reaching their goals and encourage our staff to strive for excellence in their service delivery. We want to recognise and celebrate with those people in our organisation who are achieving truly great things and to use them to inspire us all in doing better every day.
Clients of Community Living Australia can nominate for the following awards:
Chairman’s Achievement Award:
This Award is presented to clients who demonstrate significant and notable achievements in line with their Individual Support Plans.
Educational Achievement Award:
This Award is presented to clients who demonstrate an ongoing commitment to achieving their goals through accessing education enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Encouragement Award:
This award is presented to clients who demonstrate a willingness and motivation to achieve their personal goals by putting in a significant and sustained effort to achieve these.
Community Participation Award:
This award recognises the achievements of clients who are actively involved in their community through valued roles.
Employees and Volunteers of Community Living Australia can nominate for the following awards:
The Client Award:
Nominations from this award are received from clients, families, and caregivers for staff who provide exceptional services and demonstrate a willingness to extend themselves and help others to achieve their goals.
Impact Award:
This award is nominated by peers for staff who deliver significant improvements in our services, the lives of our clients, and people with disability.
Dedication Award:
Awarded to staff who demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuous learning and professional development over their term of service.
Volunteer Award:
Nominated by clients, staff, and volunteers, this award is presented to a volunteer who exemplifies Community Living Australia’s values and whose commitment has a positive impact on the lives of others in their community.
There is also a general community award where anyone is eligible:
Chairman’s Inclusion Award:
Awarded at the discretion of the Chairman this award recognises the work of an individual or group recognising the positive and enduring impact they have on lives of people with disability.
Nominations:
Nominating for these awards is simple, you can complete an application form by visiting: www. claust.com.au/rewardsprogram or you can visit our office and request a hard copy of the nomination form which is also downloadable from our website.
The awards will be announced annually in December each year with nominations being open from February until the end October.
