Can I cancel the services I receive from Community Living Australia?
Yes, you can cancel the services you receive from Community Living Australia at any time. There is a 28-day notification requirement. This means you need to give Community Living Australia 28 days notice prior to the cancellation of a service contract. This is also true in reverse, Community Living Australia must also give 28 days notice prior to cancelling the provision of any service contracts.
